Production employee for pharmaceutical manufacturing (m/f/d)

AqVida GmbH was founded in 2005 with its focus on the development, manufacturing, registration and distribution of generic pharmaceutical products in the field of oncology. After steady growth and especially with the establishment of the new production facility in Dassow in 2016 for the manufacture of parenteral active ingredients, AqVida now covers almost the entire pharmaceutical area.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Pharmaceutical production employee (m/f/d) at our production site in Dassow, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, as soon as possible.

Your tasks will include:

In the preparation/compounding:

• Manufacturing of the product/filling of the tank via a closed isolator.
• Varied activity due to different manufacturing processes
• Pre- and post-processing

as well as

• documenting production parameters and carrying out in-process controls
• Troubleshooting
• Cleaning of equipment, plant and machine parts
• Ensuring that products are manufactured in accordance with regulations and documentation according to valid GMP guidelines
• Defined work clothing in the clean room in strict compliance with hygiene measures
• Collaboration in validation processes

Your profile:

• Experience in production in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage, but comparable work experience, e.g. from the food industry, is also helpful
• Ideally completed vocational training as a PTA, chemical technician, pharmaceutical technician, machine/plant operator or comparable background
• GMP knowledge and clean room skills are desirable but not mandatory
• Ability to work in a team & flexibility, as we are still growing
• You have very good communication skills in German and a sense of responsibility and initiative
